球形型罐底閥是一款氣動(dòng)座閥，擁有衛(wèi)生和靈活的設(shè)計(jì)，基于成熟的單座閥設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)，

少而簡(jiǎn)單的活動(dòng)部件使該閥非?？煽?，并且降低了其維護(hù)成本。

用于切斷或打開(kāi)通往儲(chǔ)罐的管道。廣泛應(yīng)用于釀酒,乳制品,飲料.制藥等工業(yè)中。

工作原理

球形罐底閥可通過(guò)壓縮空氣進(jìn)行遙控,其由1個(gè)閥門和1個(gè)罐底法蘭構(gòu)成.為減小密

封件的磨損，對(duì)密封件的壓縮是通過(guò)金屬之間的接觸來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。

罐底有兩種結(jié)構(gòu)形式:

罐底閥與罐底法蘭之間是卡箍連接的,稍微松開(kāi)卡箍，就可以將閥門轉(zhuǎn)向任何位置,這

確保了高度的靈活性。儲(chǔ)罐法蘭直接焊接在儲(chǔ)罐上。

罐底閥與罐底法蘭之間是螺栓連接的，閥門可360。旋轉(zhuǎn)。儲(chǔ)罐法蘭直接焊接在儲(chǔ)罐

上。

Applications:

close or open to tank pipe. widely used for brewing, dairy, drink, pharmcy industry.

Operating Principles:

tank bottom valve is controled by compress air,include

1 valve and 1 tank bottom flanges. to reduce abrasion for seal parts, to achieve

compressing seal through touching between metal.

tank bottom valve have two kinds:

tank bottom valve and flanges are connected by clamp ，relax

Clamp ,the valve can turn any position, highly flexible. deposited tank valve welding on

the tank.

tank bottom valve and flanges are connected by Bolt. The

vave can turn any position. tank valve flange welding ON the TANK.
